How to Make a Rainbow Fruit Platter
- Wash all fresh fruit, pat dry with a paper towel, and cut into smaller pieces or bite-sized pieces using a large cutting board.
- Use a large serving tray, round platter, or rimmed tray depending on the size of your platter.
- Lay fruit in a narrow strip following the shape of a rainbow
- To add your “clouds” use marshmallows or sliced bananas as shown in the image
- Place your yogurt dip in a small bowl in the centre or beside your rainbow platter
- Enjoy!

- Store any leftover fruit in an airtight container
- Cover tightly with plastic wrap if still on the tray
