Red Fruits

  • Strawberries
  • Watermelon

Orange

  • Mandarin oranges
  • Mango chunks

Yellow

  • Pineapple

For the clouds

  • Banana slices
  • Marshmallows

For the Yogurt Dip

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey

 How to Make a Rainbow Fruit Platter

  1. Wash all fresh fruit, pat dry with a paper towel, and cut into smaller pieces or bite-sized pieces using a large cutting board.
  2. Use a large serving tray, round platter, or rimmed tray depending on the size of your platter.
  3. Lay fruit in a narrow strip following the shape of a rainbow
  4. To add your “clouds” use marshmallows or sliced bananas as shown in the image
  5. Place your yogurt dip in a small bowl in the centre or beside your rainbow platter
  6. Enjoy!

Storage Tips

  • Store any leftover fruit in an airtight container
  • Cover tightly with plastic wrap if still on the tray
  • Best enjoyed fresh, but will last 2–3 days in the fridge

  • 1 bag oranges or satsumas/mandarins
  • 1 whole pineapple cut up
  • 1 bag green apples Or kiwis or green grapes
  • 1 punnet blueberries
  • 1 punnet red grapes
  • 1 cup greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Equipment

  • 1 chopping board
  • 1 sharp knife
  • 1 serving board

Method
