Homemade Mixed Berry Popsicles
These homemade mixed berry popsicles are the perfect healthy treat for hot summer days. An absolute hit in my house, especially with the kids!

Made with simple and natural ingredients with juicy berries, these popsicles are a great way to turn fresh berries or frozen berries into tasty treats.
The best part is that you can keep them really simple or turn them into creamy yogurt popsicles with vanilla Greek yogurt, coconut milk, or whole milk.

1/2 cup water (you can also use apple juice for a sweeter popsicle)
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey, optional
Equipment
- Food processor or blender. I use a Nutri-bullet.
- Popsicle moulds. I use these flat popsicle moulds and I love them.
- Popsicle sticks
- Measuring cups
How to Make Mixed Berry Popsicles
- Add the mixed berries, water and maple syrup to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth. For a smoother ice pop, you can strain the mixture through a sieve into a small bowl.
- Add the popsicle sticks into the mould.
- Pour the berry mixture into each mould and freeze for 4ā6 hours, or overnight for best results.
- To release the popsicles, run the outside of the mold under warm water for a few seconds if needed.
Storage
Keep your berry popsicles in the popsicle mould or transfer them to a freezer-safe bag once frozen. Theyāre best enjoyed within 1ā2 months.
