Method
- Add the mixed berries, water and maple syrup to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth. For a smoother ice pop, you can strain the mixture through a sieve into a small bowl.
- Add the popsicle sticks to the mould.
- Pour the berry mixture into your popsicle mold.
- Freeze for 4–6 hours, or overnight for best results.
- To release the popsicles, run the outside of the mold under warm water for a few seconds if needed.
Notes
Keep your berry popsicles in the popsicle mold or transfer them to a freezer-safe bag once frozen. They’re best enjoyed within 1–2 months.
