Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 6 hours
Servings: 4 popsicles
Course: Snack
Cuisine: Frozen

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, raspberries, blueberries
  • 1/2 cup water or apple juice if you like it sweeter
  • 1-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Equipment

  • 1 popsicle mould x4 popsicles
  • 4 popsicle sticks
  • 1 blender I use nutri bullet
  • 1 measuring cups

Method

  1. Add the mixed berries, water and maple syrup to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth. For a smoother ice pop, you can strain the mixture through a sieve into a small bowl.
  3. Add the popsicle sticks to the mould.
  4. Pour the berry mixture into your popsicle mold.
  5. Freeze for 4–6 hours, or overnight for best results.
  6. To release the popsicles, run the outside of the mold under warm water for a few seconds if needed.

Notes

Keep your berry popsicles in the popsicle mold or transfer them to a freezer-safe bag once frozen. They’re best enjoyed within 1–2 months.
