Made with simple and natural ingredients with juicy berries, these popsicles are a great way to turn fresh berries or frozen berries into tasty treats.

The best part is that you can keep them really simple or turn them into creamy yogurt popsicles with vanilla Greek yogurt, coconut milk, or whole milk.

  • A fun summer treat for kids
  • Made with less sugar than shop-bought ice pops
  • Perfect for using local berries
  • A good recipe for hot days
  • Easy to prep the night before and enjoy the next day

1 tbsp maple syrup or honey, optional

Equipment

How to Make Mixed Berry Popsicles

  1. Add the mixed berries, water and maple syrup to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth. For a smoother ice pop, you can strain the mixture through a sieve into a small bowl.
  3. Add the popsicle sticks into the mould.
  4. Pour the berry mixture into each mould and freeze for 4–6 hours, or overnight for best results.
  5. To release the popsicles, run the outside of the mold under warm water for a few seconds if needed.

Storage

Keep your berry popsicles in the popsicle mould or transfer them to a freezer-safe bag once frozen. They’re best enjoyed within 1–2 months.
