M&M Rocky Road (Easy No-Bake Slice)
Try this delicious m&m rocky road! It is easy, no-bake and always a hit with the kids!

This M&M Rocky Road Slice was made especially for my friend’s son, and it’s every bit as colourful, fun, and joy-filled as a treat should be. I packed with crunchy biscuit pieces, soft marshmallows, and pops of bright M&Ms and it’s the kind of no-bake slice that instantly puts a smile on your face.
I made this version using gluten-free ingredients, making it a great option for those avoiding gluten. That said, it’s always worth double-checking packaging as M&Ms may not be suitable for everyone following a strict gluten-free diet, depending on manufacturing and labelling. (If you’re baking for someone with allergies, a quick label check is always best).
