Method
- Line a square tin with parchment paper or wax paper and set aside. I use 9x9
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium-low heat
- Once melted add the marshmallows, stirring gently until smooth
- Remove from heat and quickly fold in the rice krispies cereal until fully coated. This cereal mixture should look glossy and evenly combined
- Transfer to the prepared tin. Lightly grease your hands or use plastic wrap to gently press the mixture down (don’t compact it too much or you’ll lose that soft texture)
- Let cool at room temperature.Once set, lift out and cut using a heart-shaped cookie cutter
- Melt white chocolate in a microwavable bowl and heat in bursts of 30 seconds
- Dip, drizzle, or decorate with candy or sprinkles
- Place on parchment paper to set

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. These make adorable Valentine’s gifts wrapped or stacked in treat boxes.
