Method
- Insert your popsicle sticks (unless your sticks go in last-depending on brand)
- Add your strawberries, water, and lemon juice to a food processor
- Blend until completely smooth to create your popsicle mixture
- Taste and add a little maple syrup if needed, depending on your sweet tooth
- Pour the strawberry mixture into your popsicle mould
- Place in the freezer for 4-6 hours, or until fully set
- To release, run the outside of the mould under warm water for a few seconds until the popsicles slide easily outside of the mould
