Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles

These strawberry lemonade popsicles are a refreshing summer treat made with fresh strawberries, lemon juice, and simple ingredients. Naturally sweet and easy to make, they’re the perfect healthy homemade popsicle for a hot day.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen strawberrys
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 whole lemon
  • 1 tbsp honey

Equipment

  • 1 food processor I use Nutri-Bullet
  • 1 measuring cups
  • 1 popsicle mould
  • 1 pack of popsicle sticks

Method
 

  1. Insert your popsicle sticks (unless your sticks go in last-depending on brand)
  2. Add your strawberries, water, and lemon juice to a food processor
  3. Blend until completely smooth to create your popsicle mixture
  4. Taste and add a little maple syrup if needed, depending on your sweet tooth
  5. Pour the strawberry mixture into your popsicle mould
  6. Place in the freezer for 4-6 hours, or until fully set
  7. To release, run the outside of the mould under warm water for a few seconds until the popsicles slide easily outside of the mould
