Method
- Place the digestive biscuits and Oreos into a bowl and crush them gently with a rolling pin, leave a few larger chunks for texture
- In a large bowl, mix the crushed biscuits with the mini marshmallows. Set aside
- Add the milk chocolate and butter to a microwave safe bowl and heat in 20 second bursts (or a small saucepan over low heat). Stir until melted and smooth
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the biscuit mixture and stir until fully coated
- Line a prepared pan or baking tray with parchment paper or wax paper. Press the rocky road mixture evenly into the bottom of the pan
- Place in the fridge for around 1 hour until set
- Melt some dark chocolate and spread it evenly across the top for a sleek finish (the darker the chocolate, the spookier it looks!)
- Refrigerate again and once set, use a coffin-shaped cookie cutter to cut out each bar
- Decorate with icing crosses or a drizzle of white chocolate for that graveyard effect
