- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender, starting with the liquid to help it blend more easily
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1–2 minutes
- Taste and adjust. Feel free to add more almond butter, an extra splash of milk, or a handful of fresh fruit if needed.
- Pour into a chilled serving glass, sprinkle with extra chia seeds, flax seeds or a touch of almond butter on top
- Enjoy!
