How to Make a Refreshing Hugo Spritz for the Summer
I recently discovered the most refreshing drink to sip on a hot summers day! The Hugo Spritz! It actually might have just become my new favourite drink.

Originating in South Tyrol in Northern Italy, this refreshing Italian cocktail has gained popularity in recent years as a softer, more delicate alternative to the classic Aperol Spritz. I do enjoy an Aperol Spritz too, but this has a sweeter side which I love.
Made with fresh mint leaves, elderflower syrup, prosecco, and soda water, the Hugo Spritz is the ultimate drink of the summer and perfect for every occassion.
