- Add the frozen strawberries to a blender
- Pour in your milk of choice
- Add your high protein protein powder
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy
- Pour into a smoothie glass and enjoy!
Notes
- Use frozen strawberries instead of fresh berries for a thicker, colder smoothie
- Blend a little longer for that ultra creamy texture
- If it’s too thick, just add a splash more milk
