Strawberry Protein Shake

A quick and creamy 3-ingredient strawberry protein smoothie made with frozen strawberries, milk, and strawberry protein powder. This high-protein strawberry shake is perfect for busy mornings, post-workout fuel, or an easy healthy snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 300 ml milk
  • 2 scoops strawberry protein powder I use Naked Nutrition

Equipment

  • 1 food blender I use Nutri bullet
  • 1 measuring cups
  • 1 measuring jug

Method
 

  1. Add the frozen strawberries to a blender
  2. Pour in your milk of choice
  3. Add your high protein protein powder
  4. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy
  5. Pour into a smoothie glass and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use frozen strawberries instead of fresh berries for a thicker, colder smoothie
  • Blend a little longer for that ultra creamy texture
  • If it’s too thick, just add a splash more milk
