- In a large mixing bowl, crush your digestives with a rolling pin. Leave some bigger chunks for that typical rocky road feel
- Add the marshmallows and Terry’s Chocolate Orange wedges together with the biscuits
- Then add the milk chocolate and unsalted butter to a smaller separate heatproof bowl. Place it over a large saucepan of simmering water (a simple double boiler) and melt slowly until smooth. Alternatively, use a microwave and stir every 20-30 seconds until melted
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the biscuit mix and fold everything together until coated
- Line a square tin or traybake tin with parchment paper and press the mixture in firmly
- Optional-melt another 150g milk chocolate and pour over the top. Top with more chopped Terry’s wedges for the best things finish
- Leave in the fridge for 2–3 hours, or in a dry place overnight, until set
- Cut into squares with a sharp knife and serve
